Why create a NEW Barnard Castle web-site?
Our aim is to give Barnard Castle a web-site which really does it justice. Although Barnard Castle had two web-sites already at the time of registering this new domain, (using three domain names) none of them are community based web-sites which are updated, relevant, or sufficiently good to make us feel proud of our local town's web presence. We intend to change this, so come back and visit soon!
Tourism and Barnard Castle
The other really important reason why Barnard Castle needs a good site is for the tourists who travel from all over the world to visit the area, and expect to find useful information available on the web in advance of their visit to help them find accommodation, and plan their visit and the trips they will make.
